This is a good deal. C3 is 2023 model and C4 is 2024 model. I am surprised that the coupon doesn't apply to C4 model as the same seller has S90D (Samsung's equivalent model to C4) and the coupon applies there. S90D is $1118 sp about $80 more. S90D is 2024 model and is brighter. I went for S90D, but some may prefer C3/C4. Rtings link here compares the three models:
The Samsung S90D/S90DD OLED is mostly better than the LG C4 OLED. The Samsung gets brighter in HDR, so bright highlights stand out more on it, and it maintains its HDR brightness better while in 'Game Mode.'
The Samsung S90D/S90DD OLED is mostly better than the LG C3 OLED. The Samsung has a wider color gamut, so colors are more accurate and lifelike, and it can display colors brighter due to its better color volume.

anyone cares to explain whether this is a good deal to someone completely ignorant on TV? been looking for a 65" OLED. C4 a bit out of my budget, but is there a huge difference between the two? Also is warranty an issue buying a TV from ebay?

Letters indicate the model tier (B < C < G). Last digit tells you the year (3 for 2023, 4 for 2024). C tier is better than the B tier as the TVs are brighter and I believe have better image processing.
