Well I would of course like to get a slicker deal, this has been my target price for this iPad mini.

I have previously bought the last generation of the mini for $100 off yesterday but I went ahead and canceled that order to get this one. For an extra $100 to get double the memory space and a year or two of additional update. Huge thank you. Great surprise to wake up to.

Thanks! Costco.com tax is cheaper than in the store for me so always makes a much better deal to shop online for big items for me. The blue looks like it's OOS but if you click on the color option, it appears it's in stock, and you can order it. FYI, if you return it, Costco will refund the $5 shipping.

For the average user it doesn't matter. If you are using your iPad for intense purposes then always get the newer/powerful one but most who need that already know based on research or past user habits

Amazon is dirty. They charge tax on the $469 price before the promo. I had to pay $48 in tax in Illinois.
