Avoid this unless you want your house to burn down. This brand was recalled last year do to spontaneously catching fire.

Ordered one 14 months ago, and it recently bloated and died. I've heard it's been fixed but never had anything Anker do that.

I use the $10 charger listed above all the time with no heat issues. It's the newer model, not the overheating old one. I don't think that is a problem anymore. At least not with mine.

I got these a year ago at $15 and yes they get red hot and will potentially start a fire. Amazon refunded us our purchase after they were recalled.

All lithium has risks, sometimes there are defects, it happens. Though a bit too often lately including Anker products

While this is a good price, I've had two separate Baseus Qi chargers just like this fail within 6 months of purchase with very light use. The first one bulged and the second just stopped working all together. Baseus did refund me fully without much more than just a couple emails though, so that was nice.
