Cashback site = google for cashback dell currently 12%
credit card = Chase offer 5%

$1294.94+tax is what I'm seeing at mine.
Some things like the heatsink can be gotten cheaper off Amazon ($55 at MC vs $41 at Amazon) and you can always find great deals on Power Supplies. I personally think 650 is too low for this build and would look at 750 at least. Estimated wattage is 438 and usually I try to go double the estimate for full load headroom. Newegg has the MSI Ventus 4070 on sale for $499 with a $20 rebate right now as well, so you can make up some money there too.
If you mix and match parts from different sources (MC, Amazon, Newegg, etc) you can probably build this PC for around $1200 after rebate and before taxes.
Basically, this is just an OKAY deal. It would be good for a tech novice who doesn't feel comfortable building. Keep in mind that with the F series of processors than if the video card goes bad you have no way to actually use the PC, as the F series does NOT come with integrated graphics.
