Pharmacist here. Would recommend to dose this apart from other meds as it occupies two very common pathways which can pose interaction risk with a variety of medications. If you're on a lot of medication or can't separate doses, maybe consider desloratadine which is fairly similar but clears through a less common pathway.
This is why - although SD is VERY different than it was 20 years ago, I stick around - because we still get the actual SLICK deal every once in a while. Excellent post!!

This price is pretty close to the unit price of the same for the 365 bottle at Costco. Obviously a benefit since you don't have to commit to as many pills or pay for a Costco membership, but fairly easy deal to get. The real winner here is the Cetirizine, as I've never seen the unit price be this low anywhere.

Unfortunately, "Desloratadine" (not "Loratadine") is the generic for "Clarinex". It's prescription only.....and considerably more expensive than the generics (even at regular prices).

Get a free Air Wick plug-in warmer [walmart.com] too.
Clarification....it's "free" after purchasing it for $3.98 and then receiving $4 in "Walmart cash" (to use on another purchase).

No pick up option (at least in my area), so it would cost an additional $7 with the delivery fee....unless you make additional purchases, and the total is $35 or more. The other option would require a Walmart+ subscription for free shipping. Sucks that I can't simply go to the store and purchase it. Pick-up orders also cost an additional $7. There are too many hoops to jump through!....and Walmart can be a real PITA!

Excellent info, thanks for sharing. Just wondering if Ceterizine is similar with the interaction risk?

Desloratadine requires a prescription and is considerably more expensive than Loratadine.
