No, I've always used eneloop and tried these, hardly hold a charge. Eneloops by far are better.

Agreed. I bought a bunch of these late summer for fake candles. They need to be charged before using or they are noticably dimmer than the others (tenergy, power owl, eneloop.) They have decent life after that so... I didn't know what that means. Bigger voltage drop off? Might be fine in some applications given this price point, but I won't be buying today ...

These are OK, however the rub is they're slightly thicker than normal AA batteries which, depending on the device you're using, won't fit.

These are certainly all rewrapped random cells from many places, of various quality and likely not even always as advertised with voltage etc.

So your mileage will vary. A lot.

Probably fine if you have a lot of remotes or other light devices to stick with crap random batteries.

These are good for Roku TV remotes, not for Roku Stick since those are Bluetooth and will drain fast.

EDIT: I see these are rechargeable. I've had issues with Non rechargeable Amazon Basic Batteries. I have stayed away from them.

I have some of these that are good, some bad, but most of them are a little too big in diameter.
they will last weeks in a trail cam, but who knows how much the camera actually runs.
I did buy some AAA 's that last forever.

Idk what you all are using these for but I've used both these and eneloops in standard home devices (remotes, mouse, kids toys etc) and I barely notice a difference. For the price they're great!

I would say, from personal experience, they are "hit or miss" - like far too many batteries sold on Amazon. I've had plenty that worked well, lasted a long time, behaved as one would expect from a battery of this size and type. I've had too many that diminished too quickly, stopped takin a charge, or even stopped STOPPING from charging and got alarmingly hot, apparently 'fooling' the charger into continuing sending a charge to it. The result of buying a bunch on a 'good sale' and looking back it's hard to justify the experience vs. the price. I have eneloops still going strong, bought a couple years earlier.

So... at this price? Meh. They might pan out to be a 'decent value' if you find yourself on the upside of luck. Not so much if you're on the downside. Fold the money in half, put it back in your pocket, invest in some reliable cells made in a reputable country of manufacture and sold by a reputable brand. It will be the better value proposition every single time,

These used to be an economical near equivalent to Eneloops

Sadly, the last batch Amazon AA rechargeable I got are no where near as good as they used to be, so YMMV

Totally agree. Yes, Enelope batteries are way better. They also cost literally three times as much. I'm not going to throw those damn things into my kid's toy for it to get lost, or left outside in the rain. Not everyone needs the Rolls-Royce option and these work just fine.

These work fine for 99% of my applications. If the batteries were going to be located somewhere inaccessible, I might consider using more expensive ones but honestly I don't notice much of a difference.
