Amazon has it for slightly cheaper, but if you have some best buy gift cards you want to use, this is better.

Unless the Amazon version is a bit different than the best buy one?

Looks like there's no Matter compatibility on the Amazon version. I did take BB's model # and searched it, looks like maybe it's a BB specific model number, but maybe they're identical to some other Tapo model, and TP-Link just has a BB specific model number, not sure.

The other deal on the 2-pack on Amazon is slightly cheaper with the Amazon credit card, but for those of us that don't have the Amazon credit card, this is a good per-unit price for the matter version (S505D).

Personally, I only needed two dimmer switches though, so getting a 4-pack would've been a false economy.

That's not true, they are two brands, both made by TP Link. Kasa is not defunct.

As mentioned above, these require neutral wires so they're only compatible with homes built after the mid-80s.
