A couple of things to keep in mind:
  • RAM is soldered and the only thing upgradable in this laptop is the SSD
  • The 4070 is very underpowered and power as a whole is limited in this machine

Where did you see 90W TGP for the 4070? Everyone else seems to be saying it is 50W + 15W dynamic boost.
