Not the point, it is NOT a gift card, period and shouldn't be referred to as such.
I would have expected their Buy $50 GC get $20 bonus for Black Friday, but they did offer it it fairly recently.
If you go to Chili's semi regularly, read and understand the limitations/time period, the bonus cards are easy to use.
$10 Holiday eBonus Card Terms and Details:
• For every $50 in Gift Cards purchased, the purchaser will receive one (1) $10 Holiday eBonus
Card.
• Holiday eBonus Card is emailed to purchaser.
• This offer is valid from November 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024.
• $10 Holiday eBONUS CARD IS VALID FROM JANUARY 1, 2025 THROUGH FEBRUARY 13, 2025 AND
BECOMES EXPIRED ON FEBRUARY 14, 2025.

I have always been able to apply rewards/buy promo items etc and still pay with a bonus card.
