Yes, there is a renewal option. I have done it multiple times over 5 years.

I don't know where you're seeing that because I've got the same plan and use hotspot.
That is the issue, it is no longer listed anywhere or mentioned. If you have renewed recently can you confirm you are still able to do hotspot? I have the old plan and will expire in 3 months.
Thank you CyanCorn.

Code is not sent instantly. It takes them 2 to 3 days to send usually. You may want to convert your plan to a cheap monthly plan (cheapest is $10/mo) in the interim. You can do that directly from your account page on redpocket website. After you get the code from ebay purchase, you can apply it to your account.

This is still more expensive than US Mobile's plan since ebay will automatically tack on taxes. The US Mobile plans are inclusive of fees, and atleast for where I reside, they turn out cheaper.
So come Jan, when my Red Pocket plan with GSMA expires, I will switch to US Mobile WARP on Verizon's network. As a bonus, their plan includes prioritized internet on Verizon.

The first page on the link and description shows 12gb for GSMA. However, when I select "renewal/existing SIM", the product image shows an image with 10gb for GSMA. The description remains the same (12gb). What is the data limit exactly? 10 or 12 gb?
You'll receive 12GB on our GSMA network, and 8GB on GSMT and CDMA.

Glad to have the Red Pocket customer service team member here.

Can you clarify regarding WiFi calling, Hotspot (5 GB limit?) and international calling (80 plus or 20 countries)?
- WiFi calling (GSMA and GSMT)
- WiFi calling is supported with SMS text messaging, but not MMS text messaging.
- International calling to 80 plus countries
- Hotspot (GSMA and GSMT- both iOS and Android; CDMA - only iOS); 5 GB limit

You can expect to receive your PINs within minutes. We only ask that due to high demand, customers allow 24-48 business hours. Also worth noting is we offer a 90-day activation period. Should you need assistance, please feel free to reach out to our live chat team, or via email at [email protected].

Interesting that when I select "Renewal / Existing SIM" option, it shows photo of 10GB on GSMA but if I select the "GSMA (AT&T Compatible Phone)" option then shows 12GB photo.

Can someone clarify if the data entitlement is different for new (12GB) vs. renewal (10GB)?

Will I receive 12GB if I am currently on your GSMA plan and choose the renewal vs. new SIM option?
