You guys HUGE HUGE HUGE red flag on this product and the other Biobidets.
The toilet seats are known to crack after 1-2 years.

I had 3 of these and ALL 3 cracked.

I bought both models from Costco last year. I installed each in my 2 bathrooms. Kohler is bulky and seating is uncomfortable. I replaced with BB550. It's accurate and very comfortable. Of course Kohler C3 has remote with more options compared to BB550. I will be ordering the BB550 now for my 3rd bathroom.

I've heard Bio Bidet has QC issues and breaks frequently. I sprung the extra cash for the Toto Washlet, which shows as $100 more than I paid now. Recommended it last week to a friend for $250 (what I paid) and now it says $350. It looks like they're going to call it a "sale" when it goes down to the regular price of $250.

Compare to Kohler C3. Is BB550 better or Kohler C3 better?

Is the Slim3 worth an extra $50 (from Woot)? Has a remote and stainless steel nozzles but not sure about other differences.

Hmmm go with this or one of the semi no name brands on Amazon? I get it's Costco and a better brand but my bio bidet slim 3 just "crapped" out on me after 4 years. And these lesser no name brands have features like deodorization for around the same price Any thoughts from the bidet experts?

I got BB1200 from Costco for $199 and I think that has much better features than bb550 for $50 more. I say wait for that sale if you have Costco membership.

We bought a BB800 in 2018 and it's still going strong. I initially ordered an elongated instead of a round seat, and the company sent me a round seat free of charge (actually they sent another elongated seat, then the round seat). 4 years later when we moved, a soft part was broken. We were out of warranty by then, but they sent me the part again, free of charge. They've done right by me.

This is 100% true. It's great for a master bedroom where you know who's going to use it. With biobidet, you can't lean back because they can crack. Also, if you have large guests, like over 250lb, they can damage the toilet. Especially if you lean to wipe, some guests don't like to use the bidet. So leaning shifts the weight to one side and can crack the toilet.

Reached to them for warranty support twice and both times they wanted to me to pay for the replacement seat and it requires splicing wires.

Never again.

Please note Bio Bidet plastic quality is horrific, strong plastic joins will simply crack after a year or two. Make sure to make Costco aware of the product quality if you end up with a defective product. There are too many gimmicks in the remote of all brands not just bio bidet, all you need are 2 temperature settings and a water spray. No need for Outer Space quality remote functions. All said Bio Bidet Costco deal is the cheapest but will barely last 2 years and Customer support is meh!
