This is a pretty good deal from Verizon. This offer expires on 12/2. > QA note: Offer extended

https://www.verizonwireless.com

Get up to 4 iPhone 16 Pro 128Gb free via bill credits over 36 months after trading in any Apple, Google, or Samsung phone with any new myPlan Unlimited line. This includes the cheapest and lowest tier Unlimited Welcome. For 4 lines it works out to be $120+taxes and fees with a debit card autopay.

Terms: "$999.99 (128 GB only) purchase w/new smartphone line on Unlimited Ultimate, postpaid Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Welcome plan (min. $65/mo w/Auto Pay (+taxes/fees) for 36 mos) req'd per phone. Less $1,000 trade-in/promo credit applied over 36 mos. per phone; promo credit ends if eligibility req's are no longer met; 0% APR. Trade-in must be from Apple, Google or Samsung; trade-in terms apply. Apple Intelligence is available with Siri and device language set to U.S. English. Some features and languages will be coming over the next year."

In addition you can recieve a $300 Verizon gift card that will appear as a popup during checkout.

Terms: "Get a $300 Verizon e-Gift Card on us, when you complete the smartphone purchase from your cart. You'll be able to redeem a $300 Verizon e-Gift Card in My Verizon or vzw.com/myverizon after placing your order. You must submit for redemption within 60 days of order. Your reward will be sent via email within 8 weeks after receipt and validation of claim to the submitted email address. If service is canceled or device is returned, claim will be invalid. We reserve the right to charge the amount of the Verizon e-Gift Card to your Verizon Wireless account if, within 12 months, service is canceled, price plan changes from an eligible unlimited plan, or the line is connected to a device payment plan regardless of whether the new device is activated. A suspension without billing will add the time you are suspended to your 12 month chargeback window. Add'l terms apply."

Verizon devices auto unlock after 60 days.

Due to repeated questions in the thread here are additional details.

The $300 Verizon GC offer is tied to purchasing a smartphone online. You are eligible to claim this offer for every order transaction regardless if you are placing an order for 1 phone/line or 10 phones/lines.

The $200 Verizon GC offer folks have been receiving via sales chat/phone is a switch promotion. I am not able to find the terms for this offer but in the past this has been an available offer which requires you to port in from a non Verizon carrier that includes the various Verizon prepaids and MNVOs.

To my knowledge these Verizon GC offers have 12 month service terms or you will be charged back "claw back"

There are currently 2 separate iPhone 16 offers.
- the offer in this post which involves the trade in of any Apple, Google, and Samsung device for $1000 in bill credits with new lines
- no trade in required to receive $1000/$820/$640 in bill credits with new lines for the Ultimate/Plus/Welcome plans respectively

When you add the phone to the cart you must choose the right offer otherwise you will not go through the workflow with the step to add a trade in.

In addition if you enter a non Apple, Google, or Samsung device during the trade in you will receive the actual value of the device, including $0 if its older to be recycled, AND you'll be defaulted to the non trade in promotion.

This is the reason at checkout some people are seeing $10/month or $5/month because they've selected the Welcome or Plus plan respectively and the non trade in offer has been applied.

There have also been a lot of "can I trade in XXX phone?".
The terms state you can trade in ANY Apple, Google, or Samsung phone in any condition. In my experience the any condition is intentionally meant to covered cracked screens and aesthetic damages. The device should turn on and function well enough that the IMEI can be retrieved and have no swelling/damaged battery (for safe handling reasons). Regarding any phone from the 3 manufacturers the process is constrained by the system and the list of devices/imei in its database. Be reasonable and don't expect extremely obscure or foreign region only devices to come up.

You can determine for yourself if a device qualifies for the $1000 by going through the online order process. You will need to enter the IMEI so you must have the device in hand. If you are not getting the $1000 value then you likely have not selected the right offer when adding the phone to the cart or your device is too obscure. I've attached screenshots of 2 devices that have been inquired about (A03 and 5c) showing the $1000 trade in amount.

What is the risk? The only risk I can see is the promotion ending, in which case I would just cancel/return the phones. I'm picking up my last phone tomorrow - so that part worked out. I expect if you were really on top of it your could purchase / pick up in store fairly rapidly. Actually I would say less risk than going through chat agent - I have screen shots of all orders showing the gift cards included. I have already submitted 3 of the rebates ($300+200+200)Extra Cashback makes it worth the risk for me. The only thing I'm worried about now is the first bill, I was prepared for it being higher than expected, but they have my first bill estimate at $480 . Second bill shows correct at $150 w/ tax. Hopefully they are wrong on the 480. I guess I have to call and try to get the activation fees waived.
Cap one PopUp is only $40 now. Best I can find is $125 on another site and $25 for add a line.

I'm not trying to sh*tpost or tc but stg Verizon IS maddening to try to deal with. It's insanity.

I'm trying to port over multiple lines from another carrier and have gotten three completely different prices and promo offers after spending countless hours on live chat and then trying to talk to someone at Verizon store— like I said— I need crazy pills.

Glad for anyone who got the deal nonetheless, though.

I'm seriously regretting now to jumped on this. Placed an order online on Dec 1 for five iphone16pro with trade-in, and received phones a few days later only to find out all phones had wrong capacity. Went in to a local corporate store where we were supposed to drop off the trade-ins and asked how to right the wrong. A rep in store told us to call CS and request shipping them back (which he could have simply taken them right there...).
Called CS next day and was told she processed my return order but can't re-order the right phones until I dropped all five in the store. Went back to store and drop off all five wrong phones and told store staff to cancel the plan so I can re-order online (the CS set up a time to call me to process the new order). The store staff took the phones and offered to order new ones for me and ship to a tax-free state address (I told them I already set up a session with CS next day to re-order, but the store staff insist to do it for me). Got five phones re-ordered in store and paid extra $15 for the next day deliver. The CS called the next day too and asked us if I returned the wrong phone and am ready to order again. I told her that the store staff took the phones and ordered the right ones for me in the store. She checked and said ok, and everything is fine, and hang up. Two hours later, I got an email says the order was cancelled due to suspected activities.
So now I have no phones but with a four hundreds some bill in my account...wasted more than 10 hours on phones, store visits and online chats...The issue still has not resolved. Now, all five trade-in phones were blocked due to a "pending order" with verizon...I can't even start over....

The more you can avoid involving people in these kinds of deals the better your result will be I feel.

Ultimately what happens too is you get a price you like from an agent, and then the agent is wrong and then you spend hours trying to fix the bill and don't end up getting the deal that you thought you were getting.

Stop dealing with live chat, sign up online and take the deal. If you want to be extra safe, don't port your numbers in until everything is set up to your satisfaction - then if something doesn't work out, it's much easier to undo.

Im a little confused. I tried to get this deal by using the basic Unlimited Welcome package and also trading in my pixel phone. Still comes to 65+ tax per month for a single line. How can I get 4 lines for 120? Please help. Thanks in advance.

I think you need to keep adding lines.

I did the switch and promo in store and the rep said am eligible for $100 and would get a notification for it in the account. But never saw that, so i went ahead based on the steps outlined by someone in this thread and submitted for 300.

Should i submit for 200 and 100 too? what do you guys suggest? any previous experience?
how long does the evaluation takes and whats the deadline to submit these rebates.

Apparently this only works the Unlimited Ultimate plan now. "Unlimited Ultimate plan required. Less $1000 trade-in/promo credit applied over 36 months.."

You and me both, brother; I've spent that amount of time on the phone with them, or possibly more, for various issues. On Thursday I spent 4(!) hours on the phone with one US representative; she seemed to know what she was doing, but I'm still having issues with my trade-ins and will have to wait a few more days to see what's going on. The only reason this is worth it to me is that I've had coverage issues with other carriers; we spent the last 3 years with AT&T and were very unhappy with it. Friends in the area with T-mobile have had similar complaints.
What people don't seems to understand here is that as long as you document and screen shot what you are told and ask all the right questions you are golden. All you need is one rep to promise or assure you that you are getting the bonuses mentioned. After that there is no point in battling about anything. You simply inform them what you were promised and that you have screenshots and thats the only offer you are accepting. Once i get transferred more then two times Im done as I have done more than my due diligence in trying to clear the matter up and make things right. After that point I May ask to be escalated to corporate or a manager once and if that fails I simply go straight to the FCC and make someone higher up contact me where i explain the situation again and they take care of it in the next 24 hours. You even have your credit card issuer and states AG as last resorts.

You have all the leverage once you have a settled deal and or verbal confirmation/promise documented. Just be firm and assertive and dont lose your cool.

Edit: also it is pretty standard in these deals for things to take 1-2 bill cycles to adjust and fully settle. The terms will say that as well. You can't expect everything to show up instantly and then lose your cool or let anxiety take over. As someone said earlier.. you have to have a little faith when doing these deals... I have never heard of a single soul who got taken advantage of in a deal like this and ended up losing 4k over 3 years. They would of had to be very clueless and a push over.

My god reading this thread, some of the horror stories.

Can these deals be had in store? If so, why even mess around with chatting etc with an agent online.

So, after 3 hours of chatting with the online sales reps (I was in the middle of cooking Turkey Dinner - which I warned them about), I was finally able to figure something that will work for me. Less having to go through the BS of the Walmart deal - and I still haven't figured out what "Cashback" site is, that can't be mentioned...but I digress.

I am moving 5 older iPhones (SE2's, 12's, etc..) from T-Mobile to Verizon with this deal.

I'm getting an iPhone 16 Pro Max, (2) iPhone 16 Pro's, an iPhone 16 Plus, and an iPhone SE3 (don't ask - it's the request of someone who still wants a button). Phones will basically be free with the 36 months of the $27.77 monthly credit. I still have to pay a slight up charge for the Pro Max.
  • I'm getting Five $200 eGift cards.
  • All of the phones are on Unlimited Welcome (Some of the phones have the added $10 per month add on, for the 100GB Hotspot (need the hotspot - but not required to be on Unlimited Plus)).
  • Getting Military, Auto-Pay, and Verizon FIOS discounts.
I will be paying approx. $135-150 a month - which is roughly what I'm paying now on T-Mobile for 5 lines.
I'll have all new phones and $1,000 in eGift Card that I can pay towards my Verizon Bills (which should cover ~7 months of service...
how are you paying 150 for 5 lines? I have autopay, nurse discount, nothing for FIOS though (whats that discount that?) and we pay 498 for 7 lines......as existing customer. was thinking of switching 1 more line over

I haven't had a good breakdown yet of a bill - still working through the trades, etc... But, I have it documented that it's $27 a month for each line, plus a couple of phones have the $10 a month/100GB hotspot option.

I'm getting all those other discounts I mentioned too... I still have to work on my FIOS bill because they're not giving me full credits/discounts over there yet.

Also, a note to anyone in the future who is on the "WELCOME" plan... and travelling Overseas:

I have someone on my plan who is going overseas - normally they would just purchase a eSIM or SIM from a foreign carrier to cover a week or month plus some data for $20-40...but Verizon actually will allow one of my phones to switch to the "Ultimate" plan for one month, which allows them have unlimited call/texting in the foreign country and back to the US and 10GB of hotspot data. Once they get back, we can switch them back to the "Welcome Plan" This extra cost moves them from $27 a month to $52 a month...and since they're coming back a little early than the whole month...it will get pro-rated down - so it's essentially the same cost of buying an eSIM.

Also, Verizon locks your phone down for the first 60 days...so I would have had trouble with this new phone and purchasing a foreign eSIM to sue....so I'm glad we had the temp. upgrade option.

I recently ordered four iPhone 16 Pro devices, with the intention to have two shipped to North Carolina (NC) and two to Michigan (MI) address. Despite multiple confirmations with the sales agent who assured me that the shipment would be split between the two addresses with two-day free shipping, all four devices were sent to the NC address when I check shipping details when labels were created. Additionally, there was an unexpected adjustment to the billing amount, increasing it by approximately $25 on the overall bill, which was quite a surprise. Any idea what could be done ?
Also, agent said we can drop off in the store on the trade in device, but the email says to pack and send the device by generating a label.
