yes, price is $59.99 after $10 coupon. I ordered one at 69.99 and just received today, not sure if they can give me refund the difference

You will need a thermal heat sink. The gen 4 NVMe SSD gets really hot.

Yep! The 990 pro 4TB deal with the program and code wouldn't work for me. However, I grabbed this 2TB 990 pro with heatsink for $86 deal last night with store pickup from BB. IMO, still a slick deal for running an OS and programs only in a new build.

Yeah. The whole ID.Me and EPP thing is weird. I originally signed up as a Veteran so I get that particular discount but can't input/utilize the .gov (I work for the government) without creating a new profile. Those 2 discounts are different (and .gov is the most favorable one when it comes to maximum savings).
