One of my favorite uses for these is as a vehicle saw for clearing road obstructions. I just bag the saw in a contractors trash bag and set it on a boot tray. Oily is kind of a chainsaws nature, I've just learned to live with it.

I think I'm in for one of these, though. New chain, and new 5-year warranty are almost worth it, plus the older model I have cannot take 4 or 6 Ah batteries.
