No, this is too new.
The last camera that was eligible for the grandfathered CamPlus Lite was the v3.

This still has local storage on SD card and remote playback, but no cloud clips nor AI/smart detections.

No - These will still trigger on movement. The difference is that the subscription will store the video and allow you to instantly play it for up to 10 seconds (or something). However, if you have a MicroSD card in it, you can still replay the video from any internet connection via the app for however long you like.

There's too many variables to say which is better video wise, but the audio differences is clear cut. The v4 has usable audio, and the OG has crackling audio issues thus I would avoid OG.
