This is a great deal if you need it...i'd recommend this washer even over more expensive models. It's a proven basic Whirlpool design that has been used for probably 15+ years, and it still has an agitator and cleans really well. (They are also a dime a dozen used on Marketplace as they are a popular 'house flipper' model).
Id take this one over a Samsung or GE.
ordered one. Don't care if HE or not. Basic and Cheap and somewhat reliable. Thumbs up.

It's HE. They're all HE at the ass end of 2024. Besides being labeled as HE on the washer itself, the user manual for this specific model (NTW4516FW) says to use only HE detergent explicitly

I have this one too. It's a basic washer. You can't soak with this one. There's a pause function but it seems to ultimately restart. Perhaps I'm using it incorrectly is someone could correct me if I'm wrong. It has lasted for several years. I bought mine as a set from NFM for I believe $600 on Black Friday. I have not seen this price point since. It's reliable. I tend to use the full fill load option over the low water one. There's no place to add fabric softener but there is a bleach drain. It does the job. It's small and just right for one to two people.
