Thanks for all the tips in the post. I ended up picking the electric volt controller paired with wash towels I might actually use for a subtotal of $30.97.

Imo and BBB opinion QVC is horrible. They are a scam site at best. I ordered a AC for my garage from them and it took forever for me to receive it. When I finally received it it was auch smaller btu unit than they advertised. The ad showed one thing and the box clearly said something else. When I took screenshots and pictures and showed them they said no problem return it. After lugging this super heavy unit back to ups I had to wait another roughly 30 days to get my money back just to find out they charged me 50 bucks to ship it back even though their ad was clearly wrong. At this point I researched the company and saw their one star BBB.

The dog shirt shipped, controller is still "in process". They better not charge me for that dog shirt and cancel the controller lol. I ordered it early Wednesday morning like 2:30am MST I think

Finally, tried placing an order on wife's name , email and her credit card. That was cancelled as well. I am guessing their new account check is on the shipping address.

Get ahold of your bank / credit card and do a charge back.

Interesting. I ordered yesterday as well and now the status is still "in processing". Quite suspenseful.

FWIW on each order I used the second address line, one as APT A and the other BSMT. So far, of the 2 orders I created, the one for volcanic PS5 controller shipped. The second order with the dog shirt and blue cipher Xbox controller… well the dog shirt shipped but controller is still showing "in processing".. I guess since they shipped the dog shirt they will not be cancelling the Xbox controller? Or is that wishful thinking?
