What makes a customer a "New" customer? How do they track that?

How long can we wait to activate service?

This post says 60 days, per the terms of service. "SIM and assigned number expire after 60 days of non-use. Offer terms at time of plan activation apply, regardless of purchase date."

Any other interesting restrictions or caveats?

I'm off to research...

Here's what I've found so far...

Lyca is a T-Mobile MVNO

Unlimited Data: After 40GB high speed monthly data allotment is exceeded, speeds may be
reduced to the remainder of the month.

"FYI, lyca mobile is unable to send texts to lot of short codes."

Terms at bottom of Order Details: "Your service will not begin until your SIM is activated. If you purchased a physical SIM, it will be shipped to you and your SIM will be automatically activated 2 days after purchase. If you purchased an eSIM, it will automatically be activated upon completion of your purchase."

I wouldn't touch this company with a 10 ft pole. If you run into issues, it will most likely not get resolved and require your credit card issuer to intervene. The cheap price isn't worth the headache. Just pay a little extra and go with a better company.

Is that how it works? Auto-renew 3 times?
