OH tax pushes it to $28.81 for me.

Took a chance, and of course now I regret it. The key doesn't work, and to get help I need to create an account.

The key they sent me was a blurry photo of a scratched off subscription card. To get help, I had to take three screenshots within my Microsoft account and upload them to create a help ticket. Talk about a pain.

I don't mind paying a few bucks more here or there. It might have saved me from buying the game. Nice to have cloud streaming for up to 50 games you might own over UGP. I'm thinking twice about Stalker2, it's pretty hard for an old gamer. They are releasing a patch today for it so I'll give it another chance.

Unfortunately, as someone who despises how the way of the world is now moving to "every subscription" (looking at you, BMW for charging for AC!!), I actually do really enjoy Xbox Game Pass. I bought a Lenovo Go, and the games are compatible on that device, too. I've been able to play Call of Duty, Assassins Creed, Overcooked, etc. Lots of fun party games, family games, and games worthy to explore and try. If you get an expandable harddrive then Game Pass is even more fun. For basically $9 a month, less than the cost of a burrito these days, it's been plenty worth it. Unfortunately, because things will only get worse in the future!

I think you can have up to 36 months. I just have to ask my son if this is the one that has to be converted so it's really less time. Hopefully someone knows the answer.
