for what it is worth.....on a Samsung S23 purchase I used the any phone any condition trade in.....I sent them an S7 phone with the battery swelling so much the phone was splitting apart on the sides.....they took it

Kind of confusing about "Other Brand" trade-in. It said in the box "Any Smartwatch, Any Condition". However, below the box it showed the regular trade-in requirements:

"Good condition (Full trade-in value)

Device turns on and screen works normally
Activation Locks are disabled, accounts are removed, and device is factory reset
Charging works and battery holds a charge
Screen and body (front and back) are free of cracks
The device is not on a banned list"
Which one is it? Any Condition or Good condition?

You just need to get the right rep. I just said "Interested in your Watch7, anyway way to make the deal better?" and they gave me a code. The code I got doesn't work on EEP so I had to log into a non EEP account and it went to $77 before tax (w/ $100 trade in).

Got mine for $77. Didn't even ask for the discount, I just asked the chat rep for ordering assistance and they automatically applied additional discount to cart link they provided me.

Yea - didnt work on EPP for me as well. The rep was super helpful and I was amazed that the chat session persisted when I switched accounts. She did have to generate another code after the switch, but was able to checkout for 77 w/ paypal + CB (its 10% btw for wearables and already showing as pending). Great deal, thanks op!

Also MUST have FCC ID printed on the back or it doesn't qualify

I'm not having the best luck, using a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic for trade-in I can get it down to $65. Their link put it up to $85, dafuq...

I saved maybe $12 more after going through the chat. Not sure if it was worth the time.
Total cost $59.67 with tax and all. Trading in my Galaxy Watch4 Classic,which knocked $175 off.
I bought it last year from Walmart for $99.
