Kind of confusing about "Other Brand" trade-in. It said in the box "Any Smartwatch, Any Condition". However, below the box it showed the regular trade-in requirements:

"Good condition (Full trade-in value)

Device turns on and screen works normally
Activation Locks are disabled, accounts are removed, and device is factory reset
Charging works and battery holds a charge
Screen and body (front and back) are free of cracks
The device is not on a banned list"
Which one is it? Any Condition or Good condition?

2nd promo code doesn't work. Only 1 is accepted in the cart no matter how I try
I got one promo using chat and the other came from a banner that shows up when you stay on the website a few minutes offering 25% off. I added the one from the chat then the other promo from the banner, that's how I got mine to work.

I like the look of the watch 6 classic but wonder if it's worth the extra $40 to get the 7. Thoughts?

Lots of mental gymnastics for couple hundred dollars. Learn to take a tiny tiny tiny bit of risk.
I think you don't know what mental gymnastics means. It's not about 'mental gymnastics'; it's about making sure I understand what I'm getting into. Some of us prefer to make informed decisions rather than take risks without knowing the consequences. Your casual dismissal of the fine print might work for you, but I'd rather not be blindsided by unexpected fees. If you're comfortable taking pointless risks because it makes you think you're like Jeff Bezos, that's your choice, but don't assume everyone else should. Also, Bezos may have started with an idea, but it wasn't built on ignoring the details or being a smug, pompous goober. I take risks when they're worth taking, not just for the sake of feeling clever on Slickdeals

Nope, it does not, but a fit bit watch does.
I was with a CS Rep and confirmed it will work, just anything. I picked up today, let's see how the trade in goes.

I'm quite certain I know what it means. The difference between you and me is, a couple of hundred dollars is nearly meaningless to me, and I don't want to put too much thought and perform heavy analysis into it. It's not worth the energy and effort. But for you, apparently, it seems to be a lot of money, a couple of hundred chump change dollars. Maybe stop being poor, brah, lol.

I got the chat rep to match the discount on the one that is out of stock for shipping. The chat rep had to generate the cart with the promotion code though and I had to make a new account because the EPP was interfering with their promotion code. They made one with the 44mm watch instead. I got the 44mm watch for ~100 subtotal.

But if you dont care what the difference a couple hundred dollars makes why are you on this website in the first place, I was on your side until you made that comment.

I definitely want to trade in my old generic brand crap watch... but for a ring. Only $50 trade-in value for rings though. Less radiation and annoying and still get the same valuable sleep and health metrics.
Gonna wait for that trade-in value to go up maybe.

What do you mean? When I picked it up at Best Buy there was no extra box provided for the trade in kit.
