Just wanted to say I've had this for a couple years and it's the best coffee maker I've ever owned. It does everything well, looks great, made from great materials (no rust / corrosion) and it's very compact. All the other "dual" coffee / k cup makers are garbage.

How's the use of reusable k cups? Saw a few complaints about it.

It handles k cups great. In fact it's faster and the taste is better than my old Keurig since you can specify bold or light brews. You just have to swap out the k cup mechanism to go from that to brewing a pot. That's the price you pay for having it be so compact but it's no biggie. The little attached frother is great too.

I'll echo this. I just had my Keurig Duo take a dump on me and all the solutions suggested online to fix it didn't work. Just out of the warranty so Keurig refused to replace it. Wife wanted a way to brew pods while i just wanted regular grounds and I was not happy to give Keurig more money. I found this and it was a perfect compromise and has more features that what Keurig offers. I have other ninja appliances that have half up well over the years and hope this does that same

I bought this 2 years ago during BF. I still love it and still use it daily, using the frother daily too. Never had one issue, still works like day one. I would 100% recommend it. I use the single k cup daily so I'm not recalling precisely, but I don't believe it can use regular coffee pot filters. You may be able to get a reusable pot filter, if they're even needed? This is my first Ninja and at this rate it won't be my last. I love it! Getting it from Kohls with their kohls cash, paired with some other saving promotion made it a spectacular deal. You won't be dissapointed!

Sucks it ends today. Based on my emails from last year Cyber Monday another $10 coupon released tomorrow to combine with the 10% home

Same! I bought this last year and still love it. Works great when I want to do a single k cup, but works great when I want to do a full carafe. Definitely recommend Smilie

Beast of a machine!
Used daily with freshly ground coffee and with regular coffee pot filters (the paper ones) by folding the bottom lip of the filter so it all fits neatly under the sliding lid and it works fine.
Convenient to slide the opener closed if you want a cup mid-drip and slide it open again immediately afterwards to continue.
Can't say enough nice things for this machine and its features!
