I had 200 off 400 on my csr. I probably spend 1k a year at backcountry
Allbirds BF sale can be stacked with "Blake15" 15% coupon and potentially 20% CB from popular site. Shipping is free.
I have CSP and only had the $50 off $125 Just purchased 2 pairs and a shoe bag for $127.50 pre tax. Hoping the CB brings it down to $102

One backcountry rep says that the split charges will drop off eventually and my card will just be charged the full single charge. It doesn't look that way though as the split charges have settled not are not showing as pending anymore on my credit card.
Another rep says that it's a Chase issue and there is nothing backcountry can do to make it a single charge. They charges will stay split....
This is pretty ridiculous...Obviously, Chase knows there is such an issue and instead of dealing with it they decide to just post a disclaimer and let the consumers deal with it. Backcountry would rather take a loss with all the returns and the bad rep with this whole situation then simply reverse and do a single charge on all the orders. That's just mind boggling, unless of course backcountry is footing the bill for the Chase offer.
I guess i will be returning everything if this doesn't pan out in the end.

Just got off the phone with both Chase and Backcountry. What an absolute cluster. Neither is backing down and willing to do anything. Sounds like a complete waste of time and money. Going to return everything. Chase said it'll take 14 business days to examine, then an additional 10 business days to mail a physical letter announcing their decision. Business days. So over a month, outside the return window for Backcountry. What a joke. It's all going back.
Does the total includes shipping? I want to buy flip flops but they are only $130. Thinking of paying rush shipping to make it over $150. I just don't want to risk backcountry splitting my payment if I order more than 1 item. TIA!
Anyone have their offer disappear from chase? I added it and made my order a few days ago, but now im worried because it no longer shows up in "added" or "redeemed"

I had the same thing happen to me. Chase's offer system is horrible. After worrying about it, I just got an email 20 minutes ago saying that my offer had been redeemed. So at least there is a record of it and I would imagine it will go through. FWIW, I placed and my order was shipped on 12/1.

did backcountry split charges for your order or was your order a single charge of over 400?

I have the same issue with my Sapphire preferred card…. Should I call them, I wonder?
was your order single charge or split charge?
i think the data points will help everyone. TIA.
it was a single charge on Dec 1. Both items shipped together. I did notice that the offer on the Chase site disappeared around 2 days ago. I am guessing that it disappears when the processing starts.

Did you check in the redeemed section of your offers? Mine moved there as after chase saw that I had used it.
