Yup - what I usually do is place an order before I head to McD's, pick it up in the drive thru and then pull back thru the drive thru and place another order The 15 minute timer is from the time the order is placed, not when you pick it up.

I just went to McDonald's today and got 2 ncctispys with the receipt bogo. Total was 5.50. I also got 2 large fries for 1.29 each. Having said that the only thing I would actually go for would be a double quarter pounder or the large caramel frappe. They can keep everything else

There's truly no comparison with Chic-fil-a! The McCrispy is lousy by comparison! Popeye's and KFC are better as well. The McCrispy is the worst chicken sandwich of all of the "premium" chicken sandwiches! Their cheaper "McChicken" is a better tasting sandwich!

So essentially, it's questionable (and potentially unofficial)? Shouldn't it be posted once it's official? I'm not saying that it doesn't exist. I'm just confused, since it's unofficial at this point. Where did the ad appear originally? That could reveal some important information. It seems highly unlikely that it would be a franchisee. That would limit it to only a few locations (or as few as one location) in a specific area. You can probably cross that off of your possibilities list. BTW, their promotions are typically national.

It's highly unlikely that it would be limited to a franchisee. A promotion of this magnitude would never be that limited. I honestly hope that I'm wrong, but the McRib looks very odd to me. They wouldn't normally include a limited, seasonal item such as that in a $1 promotion. As I said, I hope to be wrong about this....and I hope that it's ALL legit.
