Yup - what I usually do is place an order before I head to McD's, pick it up in the drive thru and then pull back thru the drive thru and place another order The 15 minute timer is from the time the order is placed, not when you pick it up.

Last year was the first time in over 10 years they didn't do a McRib BOGO. I've seen this pattern across 4 states on both coast

You don't need two phones. You can switch between two accounts on the same phone. They have limited you to two accounts per device though
