No response yet but the promos did show up this morning in the 'redeemed' list 4 days after the purchases. I went back and checked and my last promo from ThredUp also took 4 days to process/fulfill so I'm feeling hopeful. Credits aren't in the account yet but at least the proof is there now. (Took a screenshot this time!)

Just for data point, total was barely above $200 (including taxes)
will I still receive the $100 credit from chase?
Guess I have to wait 4 days to see if the deal posts. If not, then I guess it's return time.
I'm also having this issue with the Backcountry offer. The only proof i have of that is the email. So we shall see.
