c1 shows 4% cashback at first, then when I was ready to check out it changed to 37% for new customer
$200 * (1-37%) - $100 chase offer = $26 if everything works as expected, super slick
Yeah, that's what I heard about c1s, it doesn't work well on tracking and honor its offer, this Black Friday is my first time using it.
I just checked c1s app, I will only get about 4% cash back in this all birds transaction, not 37%.

Thanks, yep you're right -- c1 has great offers but their CS is useless if anything goes wrong. My 35% offer is for new customers also. I don't think I've ever tried one of the promos that distinguishes based on new vs existing customer, but I've heard that many retailers track by address for purposes of determining whether you're "new."

Anyway Allbirds are really comfy- they have that unique cotton upper that runs tight at first, but once it breaks in they feel like slippers.
Waiting on a response from customer service.

My opinion is that these shoes are worth about $20 a pair - the sole looks like it will have no grip and the insole has no support.
