I wish HP would allow split payment with 2 credit cards for 100 off.

The processor is a bit worse than what Dell offers (14600) but the price is about as good as it gets as all other HP customizable 15L models would cost more for the same components.
Also the maximum ram per Crucial is actually 64GB (32GBx2) though officially HP says 32GB.

Dell is insane to ask for $350 to upgrade to RTX 4060...that's more expensive than buying a retail 4060 from Amazon or Newegg.

This one or this one here I can get open box for $600 https://www.bestbuy.com/site/cybe...Id=6575119 which I think is a better deal. I wanted to go with an Nvidia 4060 but does anyone know if this gpu is at least as good or better?

4060 is better than RX 7600. Not only 4060 is faster it also consumes less energy---therefore cooler.

Yes. This would be great for that for consumers up to semi-professionals. If you do video editing all day with like 8k source files or tons of effects, youd want something beefier, but for the vast majority of people this is powerful enough for their video editing needs.

Yeah but the CPU is faster and that matters in flight simulator. It's a Ryzen 7 7700 vs an I5.
