I always keep them when I'm done with the product.
The dish soap dispenser is great for dog shampoo, alcohol and acetone. Yeah, you need to squeeze them, but it also means they don't leak uncontrollably.
I'm not sure about this specific scent, though. I find all Mrs. Meyer's scents to be mediocre or overbearing. I find the basil scent to be most most balanced.
