I had an upper-level Sony TV that lasted just 2 years and Sony told me that I should have not expected the TV to last longer than 2 years ????

It's $2,299 like all other retailers, only for Costco online there's a spend $1500+ get $200 off promo on this TV through Costco's site so it ends up being $2,099 after that discount, and includes a 5 year warranty ($99 value) and also handyman premier installation ($70 value) - so it's basically $370 off.
While the LG does come with a 5-year warranty already - if you read the fine print, the screen is only covered for 5 years, and all other parts on the TV are 2 years…. So I do like this full 5-year warranty that covers it all!
