These are the worst pans and worst warranty/support money can buy. They're for people that don't cook and like buying kitchenware for decorations. Get yourself a nice carbon steel or cast iron if you care about chemical free nonstick cooking. Will cost you $20-30 and last you a lifetime. Even a stainless steel pan would be a better option and is also nonstick if you learn how to use it.

My experience has been positive! Premium build with thick aluminum element for even heat. Ceramic coating is good for searing, but needs some oil to work as nonstick — clings more than a Teflon pan, but allows for texture and browning.

My pan (exact model) has lasted 2 yrs as our daily driver. Barkeepers friend caused the pan to lose some of its nonstick performance, and now I use like a stainless steel or anodized aluminum pan. A nice piece for sure, I am buying a replacement at this price point.
