Dietary cholesterol has little impact on blood cholesterol… that being said, it's a junk product with ingredients like low quality whey from cows fed GMO corn and soy, maltodextrin, "natural" and artificial flavors, carrageenan and sucralose. We can do much better than this!

i tried it! i'll be honest, wasn't a fan at all. it tastes less like frosted flakes and more like corn-on-the-cob protein. id recommend the fruit loops one over it, that taste was pretty accurate and works as a good fruity protein Smilie

I've got the fruit loops. It's got a great taste but not the best nutrient wise. It also doesn't mix in well.
