Scoop is too big (for the bottles I'm using at least) but I find two stoops from most other powders seems to replace the one included with a 2:1 ratio.

If you are lactose this is def an issue you need 100% isolate. I personally buy 100% whey isolate, if I want to add anything into it--its by my hand not extra items not meant to be in whey. It blows my mind that they can make products which are supposed to be healthy no better than junk food.
