Chocolate Deluxe seems to be the only one that avoids soy protein, but it says it contains soy on the warning. I'm guessing that is the soy lecithin.
I have had a bunch of this brand before and they are on the denser side. Like a fudge with a slight chalky taste that protein supplements often have. I don't mind them, but I prefer Quest bars. I remember Lemon Cake and Churro being less dense with more of a flaky crisp middle if you prefer that style.

Much prefer Built Puffs for the better taste and macros.
This also allows you to choose your flavors. I'm in for several; trying a couple new flavors and getting a couple boxes of the chocolate peanut butter caramel that my girlfriend and I both like.
