My Quest 3s arrived today but don't see the $100 under the gift card balance and no emails about a gift card/credit.

Was the quest100 promo code applied when purchasing. If so, there should've been a message saying you will get it once it ships. If not, I'd probably contact support unfortunately

Yes, it said the coupon code was redeemed and during checkout that I would get the $100 gift card. But it doesn't mention the $100 gift card on the invoice/receipt.

I called Amazon and customer service said they were going to issue me a refund of $200 to my credit card for the inconvenience instead of the Amazon gift card. That seems a bit odd for them to do given the item costs $299. I don't have a high degree of confidence that the refund will occur since the service rep didn't seem to know what they were doing. Told me it would take 5-7 days to get the credit refund but no email, code, order update, etc. on my Amazon account to confirm. Hope this goes through since I don't want to have to call them back to resolve this later.

the refund will come, It happened with me before. I don't know why but It take long time for refund to appear on your card.

A few hours later I received an email from Amazon. They ended up refunding me the full amount of the Quest 3s. So I got a Quest 3s for free which is nuts. Checked my credit card account and already received the refund. Now I'm debating selling the Quest 3s and applying that towards a Quest 3.

Just got another email from Amazon. They also gave me the $100 promotional credit! Verified it by adding something to the cart and the checkout shows the $100 promo offer being applied.

My order shipped and I don't get my promo $100 either. I had to chat with Amazon support. They transferred me to like 3 different reps before one finally offered to credit me $100 to my gift card balance.
