The quality is good, though I wouldn't say it's "on par" with Lego. I get a lot of scratched pieces from them, and some of the colors are ... off? For example, I have some green passenger cars that have a roof made of 2x2 curved slopes that I think were supposed to be flat silver, but literally every single brick that color has a weird swirl in it. Doubt that would have happened with Lego. The snapping/clutching quality is good though.
Some of the designs are lacking in structural integrity. The roof of the engine shed falls off if you look at it funny. Some of the train cars, particularly the longer American style ones, sag in the middle sometimes, and the wheel sets aren't great (I've replaced all mine with proper Lego wheel sets).
That said, I still buy some train cars from them occasionally. I have a ton of euro style 2 axle freight cars to supplement my Lego 2 axle freight cars. I've been eyeballing those Star Trek sets for ages, I simply don't have the space for them (no pun intended).
Also, shipping to the US is a flat rate.
