Anyone else keep having payment issues? I had to cancel my first order because for some dumb reason PayPal decided to use another card for the transaction. Now I can't get any card or PayPal to work, even after using several different email addresses. Called Chase, nothing on their end. Visible support is useless and will only escalate to higher-level support with a resolution in 3 business days, which would be after the promo is over.

To move service to another phone you have to install the visible app on the new phone and log in to the app to transfer. That's why eSIM is the easier route. Any insight about the 60-day unlock clock? Does the sim have to stay in the new phone for 60 days for Visible to unlock it?

My understanding is that once activated and detected by Visible network, it should unlock after 60 days, even without using the phone for 60 days. To ensure detection by Visible network, I recommend you at least send a text and make a call.

My daughter has the Family Setup where she only has a number for her Apple Watch but not yet on her iPhone. So can I port THAT Apple Watch number into Visible and get her "real" cellular service and this deal? Has anyone done that? Thanks

As long as it has all the necessary porting Info, phone number, account number, transfer PIN, and zip, it should work.

I ported a data only line before and it worked. I saw reports on SD that porting from Apple watch line worked.

Are you sure it worked? People say it doesn't work with GoogleVoice Port. They say Visible claws back the discount as GV is NOT an approved carrier.
