For c1,"Only eligible within 3 statement cycles of being an active customer" , will 1 year plan work?
I used C1 and did two purchases on 12/4. Both transactions were marked "Ineligible" on the Rewards & Savings Dashboard. Hopefully others have better luck.

After activating the SIM on the new phone can I move it back to my old phone? Will it still unlock?
Yes don't remove esim. If you used pSim, download esim on ip13 and then transfer esim to old phone leaving psim on ip13.

- For those who are switching to old phones.
I purchased iphone from visible in the past and phone got unlocked after 60days even you don't use it after activation. new Phone must be activated with visible and then you can leave your phone for 60 days holiday😁

Even my understanding is same. I activated eSim on iPhone 13 received and transferred the sim to my another phone. I believe it should work. Since, I will be using the number, I will reach out to Visible customer care if phone does not unlock after 60 days.
This! your phone gets unlocked after 60 days for sure. Personal experience in the past with visible. good luck 👍

Can I take out the sim from the new iPhone 13 and put it in an old phone?

Danm it... really want this deal but I'm already on Visible...
No worries mate. Port your digits over to Tello's cheapy special plan & that will cancel out your visible acct. Wait for Tello to say your g2g & make couple phone calls & texts to check legits. Then go eat lunch and play couple sessions of fort night. Then create new visible acct with new email & do this deal as new customer & port your digits over from tello.

Did you sign up for the Lyca unlimited $12.25/month for 6 months deal? I am porting 3 lines from Lyca and I was also worried based on what I'd read online but I think they've cleaned up their act (I bet all those FCC complaints played a big part LOL) as it turned out that getting the account number and port-out pin wasn't too hard. However, you need to be prepared. One thing you should do to prepare is call two numbers a bunch of times from each line that you're planning to port-out because they will ask you for your two most frequently called numbers for verification purposes. The other thing you should do is find out when your last payment was and the payment amount (including tax).Anyways, what I did was call 612 (Lyca CS) from my Lyca lines (I made separate calls from each line). Each time they asked me why I was requesting this info and I told them it was just for my own records. They did not give me any pushback and proceeded by sending a 6-digit pin via text message. Then they asked me to provide 2 frequently called numbers, the last top-up date and amount, and method of payment. For the second and third lines they also asked for the last 4 digits of the credit card used.Actually for the second line I had to call twice as the first rep I spoke with said that the line was a "premium line" and he didn't have access to the info and that I would have to email my request in for the admins to handle. I waited a few hours and called back and got a different rep who was able to help me.As for the third line, it seems that their system didn't like the two frequently called numbers that I had provided as the rep asked for two additional numbers. I fumbled around looking through the call history and just gave him two other numbers that I saw (this was my son's phone). When he asked for the last 4 digits of the credit card used, I also couldn't remember which one I had used for this line (I had to switch credit cards when I signed up for this line as their system wouldn't let me to sign up for the $12.25/month deal more than twice with the same cc). As I was signing into my various banking accounts trying to find out which cc I had used, the rep said let's try something else and asked me for the ICCID of the ESIM which was easy to find under settings. After providing this info their verification system was happy. After completing verification, each time the reps said they would send separate text messages with the account number and transfer PIN, but each time I only received a single text message with the PIN so they just read out the account number over the phone.Anyways I hope this helps and good luck!
Thank you so much for your help! I truly appreciate it! I called right when they opened today and answered all the above questions. I only have the 30 day $7.50 plan. I was able to get the pin and they spoke the account number over the phone. Going to try it on Visible. Took less than 10 minutes but I made it a point to say that it was for record keeping, I have ADD and OCD, and I'll go crazy if I don't have it written down. Also said that I have a hard time talking on the phone so this was scary. I was ready to go rain man on them if needed. I may be back here if that info doesn't work but we'll see.

Anyone else keep having payment issues? I had to cancel my first order because for some dumb reason PayPal decided to use another card for the transaction. Now I can't get any card or PayPal to work, even after using several different email addresses. Called Chase, nothing on their end. Visible support is useless and will only escalate to higher-level support with a resolution in 3 business days, which would be after the promo is over.
Had the exact same issue had to talk to Visible Rep who said my account has been locked for security reasons, the rep opened a ticket and the issues was resolved in 2 days.

Does anyone know, assuming they send a sim card, can I use my old device with the service and leave new phone untouched, or do I HAVE to activate on the new device?

If I do have to activate on new device, can I then seamlessly move my number to old device immediately after activation (day 1), and the new device will still unlock in 60 days?

Thank you...

You need to activate the new device. Regarding moving the SIM to a different phone before the 60 days is up, please do a search on Reddit as there have been several reports of phones not unlocking for this reason.

My order keeps failing at the last step. Tried 2 different cards and 1 of them was charged but no confirmed order. Anyone else facing any such issues?
