Nice! Wish I had known before spending $18 getting one month of prepaid service to port in from an approved carrier. I still don't like risking it with GV, though that was my go to until Visible dropped them.

This is crazy, when order it, it say $395, but take out of $666.11 for the phone, activate visible sim, other $395 fee.

Sounds like the porting hasn't completed, did you port over a GV number by any chance?

Should have tried NumberBarn for only 7 bucks. Everything you need is in the account just copy and paste. Visible approved and shipped out the next day

In the past, number barn had the same issue as GV. Could be wrong, I think this is the first promo that doesn't require a port-in from the approved carrier list.

I am currently using Tracfone . The PIN Tracfone gave me for port-out at the time I ordered this phone(12/1/2024) I is only valid for 7 days. I was planning to do the transfer # out from Tracfone to Visible on 12/26/2024 . I know there will be issue for activation. Anyone knows if I can ask Visible CS help to update the PIN as I can request a new PIN from Tracfone at that time. Appreciated if anyone who had the similar experience(used PIN different from that entered during order process) and successfully activated the phone . Thanks.

I don't think you'll have an issue.

When you get the new port out pin from Tracfone do a chat the the rep and they will get the info updated.

When I ported my number in for this deal I clicked the wrong carrier (US Cellular instead of US Mobile). I chatted with the rep and he let the port in dept know of my error. He said it wasn't a big deal and they just needed to change the carrier code. On day 5 I activated the phone with no issue.

A Reddit user that seems to have inside info is saying that the phone deal is dead because it won't be restocked before the promo ends on Monday.

It had been brought back once after going OOS but apparently not again.

Yes, just explain that you see Carrier Voicemail when you go to voicemail and tell them you know someone who had the same issue with Visible and the fix was to provision the voicemail. Smilie

You should receive an email order confirmation with detailed/itemized cost of each item. I assume $666.11 was charged on your credit card, if so, does the number match what you got in email confirmation?

Considered a land line, may take a week, TF customers had some success calling-in your case Visible- to push it through. Contacting google won't help.
