Porting from a landline (GV, NB) can take several days to over a week. You will need to contact Visible and ask them to complete the port sooner.

I did 2 NB port in and while the phone is still in transit. I already received email stating that numbers are released and ready for activation, so looks like at least with NB its not taking long.

I'm having a nightmare trying to port from Xfinity to Visible. Visible keeps saying the request got stuck even though I entered all the correct info (I went to a physical Xfinity store and verified that.). Xfinity mobile told me the request was halfway thru then got stuck. Xfinity had to add my number back in order for Visible mobile to try the port request again, but it still does not work!

I've been spending hours on this. Please help!!!

I ported out of t-mobile prepaid. It was quite smooth.

According to CS it had expiration date of 9Dec but they exhausted the limit of phones allocated for this deal

I have activated and taken out and put in a different phone. My visible 13 would still get unlocked after 2 months .. right?

Received the 2 that we ordered and port in/activation complete. As previous Android users, we are pretty helpless in trying to use our new phones, lol. Any advice from other SDer's as to sources for quick lessons in how to use the dang things? Examples are how to return to the home screen after changing things in settings, or how to successfully turn off intrusive listening to our conversations and consequent voice responses from the phone?? TIA!!

Was this deal eligible for $100 trade in with "almost" any functional phone? It seems the phone is "free" while the plan is $395.
