Yeah, especially recently. There are cassette minions with both current iterations of Blaster and Soundwave.

I got the Target exclusive Optimus Prime that has the "Target" dog (rebadged Ravage) as Optimus' shield. I have Blaster, Soundwave, Soundblaster (Soundwave mold), and every cassette ever made. I hate to see some random cassette thrown elsewhere which will make me consider buying just for the cassette.

It's better than that with the Target version! Bullseye turns into the package he's delivering and his target master turns into a price scanner. 🤣

I love the cassette bots. 40 years later and Ravage is still my favorite Decepticon. The cassette is literally the only one I want from this bunk set, though. If anyone gets this that doesn't want the rat bat recolor, hit me up with a fair price and make yours even cheaper! 😁

Did you get the shattered glass Blaster / Soundwave just for the other colors too?


I never got Ratbat / WingThing so this is the closets thing I can get
Maybe at some point Hasbro will redo Ramhorn / and the 87/88 cassettes

I ended up caving and grabbing this while it's cheap. I guess I'll have a rock lord in my collection. Wonder if I change him to a rock if I can lose him in the gravel again like I did with the one I had back as a kid.
