I wasn't a mac miller fan until I heard this performance and subsequently listened to Swimming. By far his best album imo, his growth as an artist from his early college/party rapper days was extremely impressive. I think very often when artists die young and everyone says they went too early it's just a nice thing to say about someone that should have had many decades of life ahead of them. But I really feel like Mac was reaching his artistic peak and would have continued to make even better music than he previously had.

Don't do drugs, kids.

This is not a deal. Not front page worthy. I saw him live in Pittsburgh before he got hooked on drugs and was making his way up to stardom. It happened too fast for him.

I'm a huge Mac Miller fan but $21 for 3 songs is not a deal I'm sorry. I'd also rather just watch the video for free, more convenient than popping in a vinyl.

I paid $73 for 2 of them shipped from Mac Millers store when it first was released. So...

Why even comment on this vinyl thread if you're just here to say I rather watch a free video, tf lol

Because, like I said, I'm a Mac Miller fan. I don't really understand buying a vinyl in 2024, you're right, but regardless...$21 for 3 songs is insane no matter what year we're in.
Maybe higher fidelity audio actually matters to some people!?!

All this is doing is supporting his fame wh*re of a mother who has done absolutely nothing since her son's death other than Griff off of his legacy. She was a shitty mom when Mac was alive and against all odds, she's an even worse human now.

I don't think that's why people buy vinyl. You can get higher quality with lossless streaming services or even CDs.

There's many different reasons people listen to vinyl. The best audio quality is not one of them. Vinyl as a medium isn't able to reproduce the full range as lossless audio does. I enjoy how it sounds warmer and tones are a bit more mellowed. Gives it a nostalgic feel.
