After much research and Excel wonkiness, I ordered Xfinity iPhone 16 Pro (will add a free line later on), first phone in last 15 years on an installment plan.

Had I seen this deal and if I had better coverage for Mint, I would've opted to buy unlocked iPhone 16 Pro using a plan like this.

I just enrolled my wife into my plan to become a family plan. We both had existing plans expiring early Jan. Hoping to be eligible for this offer.

I'm not digging where this company is heading.

I've spent hours trying all the options possible and this deal is not mentioned anywhere on their website and never comes up. I did receive this email: "Right now, all new customers can get Unlimited for $15/mo, so it's the perfect time to grow your Mint Family. But as a Cyber Monday bonus, those new $15/mo Unlimited plans will renew at $15/mo for two more years (regularly $30/mo). This offer is only valid if you purchase and activate the plans before 1/2/25, so you better act fast. You can have up to 5 lines total in your Mint Family, so more family members can get in on the $15/mo Unlimited action.

How it works:
First 3 months: $15/mo ($45 total at checkout)
Next 2 years: $15/mo ($45 paid every 3 months)

Need a refresher on how to add a line to your Family? It's easy. Click this link
The family that saves together, stays together,"
It says "all new customers" but when you try as a new customer all you get is 3 months. I didn't believe the deal is sustainable for them, it makes all plans unlimited for 2 years for all new customers. It is some BS. And yes, I tried to add/invite new members into my Mint family.
I didn't want to spend frustrating time months later fighting for them to honor this badly written crap Mint is famous for

I went in to purchase but it doesn't mention the offer for the 2 years. Just 3 months

I have Mint now and it expires in less than a month. I tried to replicate this but no joy. Their service is good in PHX. but the only deals I can find are for newbies and they then want to make a killing when you renew. I'm going to try Infi mobile and check it out. At $99 plus tax for one year and 10GB a month+unlimited calls and texts it could work well for me. Good luck all.

I got the email, too; the wording is indeed very confusing. I don't think there is anything on the website that would trigger this promo.

Shit like this is why Mint annoys me as a customer, all their offers are only given to new customers and not to their current customers.

So true. I've been with them for over 10 years and no deals have been offered. Only to the new customers 😕

its only when yu bring your family member (port or new number) to mint . The only way forward I see is leave mint regulary so to qualify as new customer evey year or so. nothing for existing customers !!!

Target also has the 3-month UNL plan (10GB hotspot) for $45. Just a guess, maybe at the end of the 3 months, Mint offers you a renewal at the same price? That's all I can think of.

This is for existing customers. I am with them and received the email, I can join two more lines to the plan for $15 a month it seems.
