This is kind of bs, just signed up for cyber Monday deal before it's over and then they have this better deal than the black Friday and cyber Monday. What kind of bs company is this?

not to mention timer said 3 hours 15 mins left then after I signed up an hour later the timer disappeared and this new deal kicked in with better promos than black Friday and cyber Monday. Now that's some BS!

voice and data perfect for me. 100% user error (is a lot of that on slickdeals)

mint mms sometimes dont work etc. plus, mint price is double after the promo and no unlimited data or hotspot.

unless it was some kind of Chicago thing, which I would HIGHLYYY doubt lol. Its user error, 100%. probably your phone is incompatible and you didnt check it, or something who knows.

i just got off red pocket everyone in the RP reddit was fleeing them, they were dropping down to 5gb hotspot from all your data to 5gb.

unlimited, even with throttled data just cant be beat at a cut rate. so nice to literally not care or think ever about data usage.

Granted any phone company or ISP reddit is going to be FLOODED with complaints its how it is, but the visible reddit is like 80% not complaining lol. Crazy. Unless its somehow moderated to be that way idk.

Cant be user error if it works 50% of the time genius...... User error if it didnt work at all now thats possible. But once a phone is programed with the correct txt/mms settings there is nothing a user can do outside that point. Especially since it works flawless on Mint with the same phone. It just becomes a shitty coverage and network issue at that point. I had a factory unlocked S23 Ultra which is supported by Visible and even showed up as fully functional when you did their IMEI checker so try again!

I was able to chat and get them to apply the newest code. Chat kicked me off once as number 3 in line as it counted down closing the window. Weird.

Check to see how many towers cover your area, for Itasca/Wood Dale we only have two towers and they are now where near the center of town but on the outskirts and thats the problem, when I go closer to the city where there are more towers the phone works better, but it was not wort the hassle since I spend more than half of my time in my area.

I went from Tmobile to Visible to Mint and with Mint I am staying unless something amazing comes along.

I have regular visible, and it's not great. Slow speeds mainly, and Verizon coverage just sucks in the US compared to ATT and Tmobile. And I only pay 15$ a month, because of a past promotion, so that really does say something.

But I have had great customer experience with them, compared to other Verizon MVNOS.

I would recommend this only to people who just want unlimited data no matter what, and don't care about anything else.

I bet Visible will be losing towers.
Many people I know complain that the service isn't what it used to be here in the Northeast.

How do you see towers? The only thing I see on their map is coverage and it shows the entire Chicagoland area as solid 5G coverage.

Eh, it's fine in Northeast. I have 5GUW and speeds go up to 400+mbps. LTE is of course going to see more congestion. Basic plan really is that.

Still have about 5 months left in my annual plan... I am going to stop paying annually...but the current promo may not apply for existing monthly subscribers, or is it? I am overall happy with the service though and would recommend this for anyone that wants good data combined with Apple Watch plan.. no complaints here on service for that last 14 months or so...
