The kit has two bottles/scents/refills with it and a base station.
The single base station is just the station.
If you bought both, you have two complete sets, two bases and two bottles/scents/refills.
Buy whatever you want, nobody is forcing you, just sharing options. You seemed very confused by the math, and that's okay, not everyone can count very well.
