They had cut the Vibram sole out for an in house cheaper quality sole. The stitching was terrible and the shoe felt about 30% lighter. Worse, was that they had messed with the sizing. My tried and true 10.5 that I had worn for 25 years on 3 previous pairs now felt like a 10 at best.
RIP to Vasque.

Apparently they don't know how to properly do the stitching on the boot back.
