I'm on simple choice from 10 years ago. Lol
Should put "Bill Credits" in the title.
Cause I am on the old "ONE" plan, got 6 paid lines and 6 free lines over the life of being a customer for 10 years.

Finally some deals for customers like me on older plans, I jumped on the previous deal for 800 trade on a old S9 I picked up on ebay. (trying to see if I can get buds).

I get what you are saying for those on the newer Go5G plans but I pay less than those MVNOs per line with my current plan.

Yes, they give a receipt on spot so you know they received as expected. It's the best way to handle trade ins
I dropped mine at a T-Mobile corporate store more than a week ago. They gave me a receipt, but oddly my online account order page is still missing the trade-in info I'm guessing that will be updated when the warehouse gets the phone from the store and processes it.

Yes. I assume there is still a formal inspection. At the store they'll confirm the screen and device is good. Step one is making sure they received the device. Dropping it off in person helps with those concerns

Is the Pro worth the $200 extra? If the cameras are decent on the normal 9, not sure I want to spend an extra $200.

Did this Costco route yesterday, pixel 7 to 9 XL , $100 Costco gift card instead of buds...no activation fee. Also no need to pay $1000 for XL upfront, only 70 bucks...they deduct $800 and rest goes monthly pay

I was told that the deal was online only when I called the Costco T-Mobile number. Did you do it in store?

Dang, I pulled the trigger on the prior deal.
I've had my pixel for about 8 days and I hate it.
It won't fast charge more than 800 mah per hour. My QI fast charger in the car can't charge it more than 300 mah/hour.
I can't figure out how to add a 3rd party app to the quick settings.
Quick settings to toggle bluetooth and cell data are a pain.
I have a ton of bloatware - every google app and they won't uninstall. Youtube, google tv, screenshots...
Not very impressed.

The pro gives you zoom and manual camera controls.
And supposedly it will wireless fast charge faster. But, it also sounds like wireless fast charging doesn't work on most pixels.

Order pixel 9 10days ago and reached out to support if I can still take advantage of the deal. The rep offered me $230 bill credit instead of returning the phone and order a new one. Super satisfied with the resolution.
You got credit for pro model. Scored.
Me on the other hand, reps only told me to return phone.

Tried talking to T-Force to see if they would give me credits for the ear buds but they said no. I would have to return the phone and do the deal all over again. Too much of a hassle and not worth it.

Yes, it's always been a thing, I did my trade in at the store on Friday last week, took less than 10 min. Has to be a corporate store though, do not go to an authorized dealer/3rd party TMo store.

I'd say, yes, worth it
- Better, brighter, slightly higher resolution LTPO screen
- 33% more RAM
- Telephoto camera
- Better selfie camera
- UWB bands
- Better heat management with vapor chamber
- If going with the XL version, then also bigger display and battery

I went to the corporate store and it was an office and no one there, a huge waste of time. I drove to a near by T-Mobile store in a shopping plaza and they took my phone and processed it quickly.

Look for T-Mobile Experience stores on the store locator page. Those are the easiest to deal with.

Well yeah, it has to be a corporate TMo store not an office/call center.
