I know it's not a good deal. But it's been a year we don't see any discount for AtGames Legends Ultimate. I miss $300 price last year. Please consider this is a thread we can discuss.

Still have mine in a box that I need to setup from last time it went on sale for like $350 at Sam's. Great buy at that price.

Drives me nuts they don't release these Atari games onto the pinball machine. I've had the HD Legends pinball for a few years, and other than needing to replace the small subs with something actually worked, it had been great!

Absolutely the worst customer Service I have ever experienced from AtGames, I won't even go so far as to call it "customer Service" because that would be disrespectful to the words. If you never need them, then you will be fine, if you expect a company to stand by there product that you spend $500 or $1000 on then your in for a rude awaking with them!

Just a guess, but I bet they'll keep dropping the price on this before Christmas. This is old stock taking up a lot of space in a warehouse somewhere.

I doubt it. Even though the customer always complains about the damage during shipping and service, it is the only affordable full size arcade on the market. And it's been out of stock for a while from atgames official site.

Keep in mind you will have to roll back to an older firmware in order to use OTG/coin ops. If not you will need to pay atleast $100 additional. Also keep in mind if you rollback you will not get the games selection with this version... they refreshed the games list for this new edition

I had the opposite experience. My marquee was cracked and they replaced it at no cost. I just had to take a photo of the serial number and the crack and email it to them. My replacement came quickly.

that's fuuny as I needed a simple piece replaced as it was defective from the box, they gave me every excuse that they did not have the part and told me to, "put some black paint on it!"..

After some much higher up messaging(don't want to get into that on here), I had the manager of CS call me and do a 30 min apology dance on the phone and the part magically showed up in a few days... but that whole experience is not something a consumer forgets. I do hope they got rid of that manager and improved the CS..

Did they do this last year or something? I would love to get this as a Christmas gift for someone now, but if I could potentially hold off for a few more days and get it for less that'd be it great. Or would Sam's club do like a guarantee price if I requested it after a few days and it goes lower? Never really shopped here before.

I had one. It broke within a month and the company refused to do anything. They wanted me to take it apart and work on it. I finally fixed it myself. Then it broke again. I took it back at the end of the Sams Club return policy. AtGames sucks.

I know you can do it yourself if you're tech saavy but I just bought this and got the 7500 games. It works on the newest machine and came with USB to roll back firmware to version that allows coinops without paying the extra hundo.
