I mean, yes, those are far better. But they aren't $1.62 apiece. I bought myself a good light; these are for the kids to read at night or lose in the woods.

These are the flashlights that the killer leaves on the table for the poor survivors to grab. Do yourself a favor and go with a Wurkkos, Convoy, Skilhunt, Sofirn, Olight, Noctigon, Emisar, Acebeam, or Nitecore.

Wurkkos FC11C and Convoy S8 are commonly recommended.

Yup, these are campsite run about lights that can get lost/broken by the kids. Yeah they have headlamps, but these are fun for them to play with as the run around at night. The batteries alone are worth at least a couple bucks.

That's so 80's habit. The killer doesn't want to spend $6.50 with inflation and all.

Today, the survivor grabs their phone an uses the flashlight app or button.

reminds me of the crappy cheap looking flashlights we had in the 80s.

but as long as they work.. or for emergency use only, who cares I guess?

What more does anyone expect with 4 for $6.50?? They include batteries too.

I'm gonna buy these "disposable", who cares if the kids lose them, flashlights. OH NO you should buy a Mercedes instead! Facepalm

I had one of these but maybe not the exact model since it wasnt this deal, but it was very poor and eventually would be "twitchy" or finicky if you will in that the light would not turn on, stay on, etc.

As someone else mentioned the free harbor freight lights are pretty much junk too but they are superior to these. Compared to the "free" olight keychain light that gets posted here a couple times a year, I wont get these big box/name brands ever again. My use case did not need even a good light but lesson learned.

The only time I could see using these is if you were giving them out for say a night excursion with kids and really only needed to get 1 use out of them.
