First, based on reviews on Amazon and Anker, this does support support Super Fast Charging. Since it pushes 45W it should support 2.0, but it's hard to find anything specifically calling that out.
Keep in mind how you'd like to split the power here. On this device, with both USB C ports in use, one will push 45w and the other will push 20, which means you won't be able to charge a laptop and get PPS Super Fast Charging.
I recently picked up a Spigen 65W 2 port that pushes 25W to the second port, so I can get PPS 1.0 and still charge a laptop at 40W. I'm wary as its is missing some safety markings, but so far it's been good.
If you want a 65W charger and are okay with the 45/20 power split, Monoprice also has one for $20 right now.
